To evaluate the needs and desires of each client. To educate and inform clients of market value in the area. To help sellers get the exposure in order to receive maximum value for their home. To assist buyers in locating their special home and negotiate on their behalf.

Extensive Knowledge

I have lived in Skagit County all my life and have extensive knowledge in neighborhoods, schools, shopping, builders, current market conditions and where to do just about anything. I surround myself with the best possible team, knowing how important this is for all aspects of your transaction to go smoothly.

Community Service

I am very active in the community having served on the Skagit Valley College Board, Board of United Way, Affiliated Health Services Festival of Trees, and Skagit Valley Tulip Festival.
